Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is Petar Dukov (a natural person), who runs LOGIKA. For questions about your data, write to hello@logika.bg or call +359 88 370 6688.
When LOGIKA is registered as a company, the company will become the controller. We will then update this page and the date of the last revision.
What data and why
We don’t use the data for marketing, we don’t sign you up for newsletters and we don’t make automated decisions about you. The website has no registration or accounts.
Who receives the data
- Hosting and protection of the website: the website, the form processing and the domain’s DNS run on the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Each request is served by the nearest data centre of this network, which may also be outside the EEA. Cloudflare processes the technical data of the request (IP address, time, page address, browser data) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Our log of form errors is kept for 3 days and contains no data from the enquiry.
- Sending the enquiry: the text of the form is sent to us as an email via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), which processes the data on our behalf. Resend stores the email and its delivery data in the USA (on our plan — for up to 30 days); the region the email is sent from doesn’t change where it is stored.
- Receiving: enquiries arrive in our business mailbox at Zoho Mail, in Zoho’s European data centre — the emails are stored in the EU.
Cloudflare and Resend are companies in the USA. The transfer of data to them is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which they participate (adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795, Art. 45 GDPR), and on the standard contractual clauses in their data processing agreements (Art. 46 GDPR). For technical support, Zoho employees in India may have access to the mailbox; this takes place under standard contractual clauses between the Zoho companies. We don’t sell data and don’t provide it to third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: 12 months, then we delete them.
- IP address for protecting the form: we don’t keep the address itself but an irreversible hash of it (with a secret key), for up to 10 minutes; it is not stored together with the enquiry.
- Contract data and payment documents: for the periods required by the applicable tax and accounting legislation.
Cookies and browser storage
The website sets no cookies and loads no external resources — the fonts and images are on our server. Your browser keeps only one necessary setting (local storage). It doesn’t require consent because it serves a function you have requested yourself (Art. 4a(4)(2) of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act).

Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR).
