The story of LOGIKA

We solve complex business problems with logic, human judgement and well-written software.

  • The task first, then the technology

We start from what needs to change in the way you work, and only then choose a platform or custom development.

  • The system stays yours

Domain, hosting and accounts are in your name; the code and documentation are such that another team can take them over.

  • Growth in stages

From a website to a store, integrations and internal systems — each stage works on its own and prepares the next one.

Our story

When engineering code meets experience in the field.

  1. 01The puzzle

    Chaos that becomes order.

It all started long before lines of code turned into software systems. It started in front of a computer screen, where I spent hours as a child. Technology was never just a toy for me — it was a puzzle waiting to be solved.

I had an inner drive to test, to try, to make mistakes and to find exactly the right way to make something work. Even then I understood that my greatest pleasure is seeing chaos turn into order.

As a child, at the computer — that is where it all began.
  2. 02In the field

    A business that never stops.

Years later I turned that passion into reality. With a lot of hard work, sleepless nights, ambition and sheer will, I walked the path of an entrepreneur in the field.

I built my own trading business and the online store HOMETOOLS.BG from scratch — a catalogue of over 10,000 items, thousands of cases, logistics and real customers every day. I learned the hard way what it means for your business never to stop — and what it feels like when the processes put you under pressure.

Pallets of orders ready to ship.
  3. 03The turning point

At the top — a new path.

And right there, at the peak of the store’s success, came my turning point. Trading in itself no longer gave me that pure, genuine satisfaction.

I believe that if you don’t develop and build on yourself every day, you stop growing. I wanted scale beyond the borders of Bulgaria — and I wanted to create products that save other businesses from chaos. While automating my own processes with Python, I found my true calling: helping other businesses breathe freely.

  4. 04The decision

The hardest and the most honest.

I gave up the safe option and sold my successful trading business to devote myself fully to the new challenge.

I invested every second, all my will and resources in my professional growth: software engineering at the University of Plovdiv, Python, JavaScript and Java, marketing, software architecture, the Python track at SoftUni and Harvard’s CS50 course. Because if you offer a service to another person, you have to stand behind it with uncompromising quality and personal honour.

A reputation is built over years and lost in a day. That’s why we don’t promise what we can’t deliver, and we say “no” when a task isn’t for us.

    LOGIKA

  5. 05LOGIKA

The bridge between engineering thinking and business.

That is how LOGIKA was born. It isn’t just an agency for websites and software — it is the bridge between pure engineering thinking and real business experience. We don’t work from ready-made templates, because we know how much it hurts when a system isn’t designed for the people who use it. We start from the problem.

Today LOGIKA works with businesses in Bulgaria and across Europe. When we look at a screen where the processes are automated, everything is in order and our client’s business runs like a Swiss watch — that’s when we know we’ve done our job.

Business task + engineering thinking → a working solution.
  6. 06The commitment

    From people, for people.

We put more than technical skills into this venture. My team and I give it our heart and soul and stand behind every project with our faces and our name, because we believe that business is made by people, for people.

Our main policy is simple: to truly help the people who trust us. For us, real success is the transformation — the moment when the client gets back control, time and peace of mind.

Success is when the client gets back:

    • control
    • time
    • peace of mind
    From people, for people.

We bring order to businesses so that things are easier for your customers. With engineering logic and a human touch.

  • Hard workThere is no shortcut. Every line of code and every detail is crafted.
  • PersistenceEvery day — not only when it’s easy.
  • WillFinishing when it’s hard.
  • AmbitionLooking beyond the limits — of the market and of yourself.

Business task + engineering thinking → a working solution.

Business task

  • What needs to change
  • Who will work with the system
  • With what data

Engineering thinking

  • The logic of the process
  • Options and the price of each
  • Checks before launch

A working solution

  • Used every day
  • Maintained without surprises
  • Grows together with the business

How we work

  1. How we understand the task

Many projects are delayed not because of the code but because of an unclear task. So we first ask: what needs to change, who will work with the system and what data will go into it.

    • A conversation and a review of the current steps
    • For B2B, integrations and custom software — analysis before a price
  2. How we solve it

An off-the-shelf platform when it is enough; custom development when your process requires it. Each option comes with its price and limits.

    • A written scope: what is included and what is not
    • Stages that work on their own
  3. How we check the result

We go through every step your customer takes — search, choice, order, enquiry — on phone and desktop before anyone else sees it.

    • User actions and content
    • Data: codes, units of measure, prices, stock
    • Speed, accessibility, security, the forms and the orders
  4. Who is responsible and how we work

Takes part personally in the analysis and decisions on LOGIKA’s projects: what is built, why and how it will be maintained after launch.

    • Every stage on a test address, we continue after approval
    • Handover with access, short documentation and training

Four kinds of work on every project.

Analysis

We turn the description of the task into a list of steps, roles and data. The result is a clear scope that a price can be based on.

Design

We arrange the pages and screens around the action the customer has to take — mobile first.

Development

We write the code, integrations and business logic so that they can be read, tested and maintained after us too.

Checks and support

We check before launch and every month after that: what was checked, what was fixed and what the next step is.
